do volunteer work. you always feel better when you help other people.

Go see a therapist to talk about your problems if this is an option. If you love children - volunteering with them is very fulfulling. At a children's hospital you see all walks of life and they will put life into perspective for you. Don't let it go on too long because it could get bad - please get some kind of help :)

I would get active on some things, so I won't think about it. I would try go talk to somebody, too. Keeping things all bottled up will make it worse for you. God Bless.

well i first ,if i saw you sad i give you a big hug,,, an tell you life going to have it up an down,, then i tell you, you need to find some to do to get your mind off , being sad,,, like finding some one that need help,, are some one need a friend to talk to,, see by helpping other we help our self
