I'm not comfortable with it, of course.
I usually only bother to look clean and nice, but I don't put make up. I don't obsess about my phisical appearance, but I think that I don't look clean with acne, I look as if I don't wash my face.
Please, someone really help me.
Thanks :)

Angelina O, has found that applying ACV topically to her face several times a day (4 or more times) has cured her of a "very bad complexion". She reports that she applies it straight and that while it burns her skin a bit, it still works like a miracle!
Cheryl writes, "My daughter developed a case of moderate acne, and after trying a number of different things for over a year which helped very little or not at all, she started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar three times a day and applying it topically once at night. She has been acne free for two months. It took about three weeks to clear up."

to drink it, put it in honey and water, or apple juice--tastes like cider..cost is 5 dollars a qt at the healthfood store

There are several things you can do to get rid of acne:

#1 Use toothepaste (especially the ones with baking soda) on each pimple/zit--make sure you apply at night as well as during the evening or any time when you are at home. It works!

#2 ProActiv--many people say this works--but personally I think it is really great marketing on the company's part by using big name celebrities to endorse their product. But if you give it a go, it might just work for you.

#3 Sea Breeze and Oxy10--these are the solutions I used when I was a teenager, besides using #1 as well.

#4 Excersing, proper nutritious meals and plenty of water are the way to go to get rid of most of the pimples. Also when you are washing your face, use a clear/white rag, let this rag be for your face only and change it up weekly.

#5 Dermatologist--I went to one when I was a teenager and he gave me some cream to put on my face. It helped a lot! So if none of the above doesn't work---seeing a professional who is a certified doctor would be your best bet.

I have the same problem. Go to my ? it's almost the same ? that u said. But i think acnefree moght work and i heard a lot of girls in my school say that they use proactive but my best friend told me that it didn't work for nher b/c she still has a lot of acne she said it probably depends on the skin. So try it and even if it doesn't work at least u get better skin b/c it cleares at least a little and u won't have as much.I don't obsess with make-up so much either. Hope it works if it does tell me I want to see if it will work on me.
Peace out,
Sam

keep your hair off of your face as much as possible. i've used clean and clear foaming facial cleanser since i was about 15 or 16. It's always worked for me. And I'm now 29. If you work in a fast food place...that also might be causing a lot of it. If it is really bad, see if you can't talk to a dermatologist. Or try that proactive stuff. It kind of worked for my sister. But she wasn't totally commited. You have to be totally commited to keeping your face clean. Try using a facial cleaser at least 3 times a day for at least two weeks for starters.

Check out the products by Paula Begoun. You should use a very gentle, unscented cleanser, benzoyl peroxide on blemishes (Clearasil is the best one I've found) and a beta or alpha hydroxy lotion. Something with 2% salicylic acid (beta hydroxy) is really good because it can actually get into the pore to help clear dirt and oil. You have to use products that have the right pH balance though, so that's why I recommend Paula's Choice since she understands and makes her products with the right ph.

first off your could try proactiv because its really cheap-$20-and it works.or you could visit a dremetologist to get a perscription.use benezoil peroxide or Nutrogena.make sure your diet is healthy though because that plays a big part in the health of your skin-drink about 8 glasses of water each day and eat more fruits and vegatables an make sure to excercise enough.

If cleaning your face doesnt help than a visit to the dermotologist is almost required. They can give you some prescription medication such as Benzyl Peroxide and an antibiotic which should help clear it right up.
