Sounds like you are underweight but more importantly you are not eating healthy. 450 calories a day is not enough, it is way below what you as a growing girl , in puberty, should be eating. What about vitamins and minerals? Also you should be having more calcium than 1 yogurt. You seem very malnourished, you might not get your period because of not eating much. Have cereal and milk for breakfast a multivitamin, lunch a sandwich, like tuna or turkey with lettuce, milk , could be non fat milk, some fruit-apple -pear or such. Dinner meat/chicken or other protein, vegetables, whole grains fruit, salad, milk and some dessert-could be fruit. The pounds only tell a small part of the story, you are not eating healthy, and your body will suffer, hair not as shiny, bones will deteriorate, and all of you will suffer, including muscles, organs etc. It could cause you to get sick or not be able to have children. Yes junk food is bad but you need more than you are eating. Aren't you hungry?

Nutritionists would say you're a little under weight according to your size.
I'm pretty much the same way, i'm 15, I'm about 5 feet tall ( a little taller ), and weigh 90 pounds. I'm healthy, But doctors say I need to gain weight, other doctors say I could lose a few by replacing fat with muscle.
You need more nutrition than just water and some yogurt though. You can eat more and still be skinny if that's what you're worried about, it all depends on what you eat and if you excersize.

Not to be rude, but you are actually a little underweight. I would reccomend eating more foods that have more calories. Instead of water for breakfast, howabout some oarnge juice. Instead of just yogurt add in a salad and a ham or turkey sandwhich. I would reccomend visiting the Jenny Craig website. There you can enter your weight and hight and they will tell you if it is normal. Most of their calculations are right, so I would reccomend going there. I used to be underweight too and all my friends called me anorexic. If you have this problem just tell them that you are naturally a smalll person. And your weight is your buisness not theirs. Wow, for 13 years old, you are being dumb. Why are you eating 100 calorie things? Your 13, and weigh underweight. You should weigh around 100 pounds! You should have ATLEAST 1,500 calories a day. You are eating 450! Do you have an eating disorder?

You are way to skinny for your age and height. I don't know where you girls today get your information on what fat is, but please believe me, you are going to get sick if you keep eating the way you do.
For a healthy diet you should take in somewhere between 1000-1200 calories a day and you're only getting about 500, that's half maybe less then half of what you need to be getting to stay healthy.
My advice: Eat!!! Don't pig out, but eat!!

According to the BMI test you are underweight. . .you are slowing your metabolism down by not providing it with the right food. There is no way you can be healthy by only consuming not eve 500 cal. a day...drink more water, exersice more, and eat some more. Your weight will stabolize and feel better.

whoa. this is bad. With the eating habits you are practicing right now, you are headed down the road to being anorexic. Please stop. Its extremely unhealthy to consume 450 calories a day. 84lbs seems underweight to me anyway. You should seriously reconsider. Unless you are planning on having eating disorders, you need to stop now. At least eat 1200 calories per day. you will thank me in the future. trust me.

You are not eating nearly enough, you need to increase your calories to at least 1,500 per day.
You are at a time where you are growing and developing and you are going to end up stunting your growth, is that what you want?

you are a little on the skinny side. try increasing your calorie intake a little then stop worring about your body image so much and enjoy being thirteen! it`s a fun time in life and you only get to be there once.
