do cardio exercises. like jogging, kickboxing, or just cardio workout machines. you could do sit up and crunches too, but that doesnt really help unless you get rid of the fat on your stomach first

There r many ways u can lose belly fat like exercising in a gym 3 ta 4 times a week cutting off of junk food and take stroll outside at a park. there is also a technique were you dance you can bye it from the TV they have a lot of commercials about it. Its called hip hop abs maybe u should try it.

Cutting down on processed carbs, white breads, potatoes, white sugars, sodas, anything with high glycemic counts. Go check out the South Beach diet book, it focuses on losing weight around the belly.

As for exercises, cardio will burn calories and then crunches. You must do the cardio though. Running, treadmill etc

i used to have a chubby stomach
i just ate salads for a few months
did as many sit ups as i could everyday
when ever i had a spare few minutes id be doing situps
probably ended up doing about 1000 a day somedays
but normally about 500
and i took "fatblaster max" pills


lost it in no time

walking the dog is good also

I find that doing crunches help you lay on your back and do a sit up but only go as far as yor hands to knees. sit ups can do damage to your back if you do them wrong, eg curve the back to much.

its called being specific.work ur friggin abs babes.
however if ur in ur 40s accept the cruel fate of a small sack getting bigger no matter what the quack tells ya.g luck.
