Never heard of a state not hooked up to that.

Probably none as I know Florida is! That's where pilots who got DWI's moved to to get another drivers license as they didn't use to check!

As almost everything the government does is by ransom, (withholding money from the states!) that is how they get these laws passed. They threaten to withhold highway funds!

i received a drivers license in Maryland after it was revoked in louisiana .louisiana laws suck .that's why i've been driving without license sense 1985 its 2007 now you know how much money i saved, no insurance .i guess i will get them one day. i think i beat the system long enough its a rip off anyway we should pool money for insurance and just let the int rest take of it i should be president people will be so better off. dont hate me because i'm not stupid.

I always thought that they're all linked. But then again I have a VALID drivers license so I don't have to worry about it.

it is not that they are not linked, a cop can check on any state it wants, when you apply for a drive. lic. that's why they ask for your previous addresses so they can run a Check on those states
