hi, i have a friend who used to make crazy claims about islam that i can not believe is true (the friend is a muslim by the way) and i wanted to check if it was true or not. (i'll post the claims and you can tell me true or false)
1. Islam is older than Christianity
2. If you do well in school/job you do not have to attend mosque
3. black people can not enter heaven even if they are muslim (which can not be true since there are many black muslims and they would not stay muslim if that were the case, but he insists that it's written in Qur'an)
4. American system spread false information about islam(claim being that wikipedia and english based sources would lie about islam)

personally i think school thing is his ignorant excuse for not going to mosque without loosing face, and he probally has no clue what the Qur'an really says. and he is racist idiot who does not want to be caught lying, but i can't be 100% sure since i have never read the Qur'an myself.

1 no the worlds oldest documented religion is hinduism and the first recorded monotheistic religion is zorastranism which the jews got their myths from and the christians and so forth look it up if you dont believe me

3 i have read something some muslim scholar said like 1000 years ago that said the black race cant learn as fast as the others so maybe thats where your friend is getting this from

ANSWER: Judaism is the oldest, then came Christianity and then Islam.

ANSWER: You race, color or status has nothing to do with going to Heavan. In Islam you are judged by your actions.

ANSWER: People with different motives will distort information about Islam. I am sure there are some people in America who might do that also.

number four is partially true.
The media does not portray Islam in the true way.
Islam on TV is not true Islam. I can assure you that.
And all the rest are ridiculous claims. This guy must be either joking, or he has no idea about his religion and ignorant of his own religion and takes it for granted.
I am 100% positive that all of these claims are not true (except the one i stated above).

But for number 1. Original Christianity is Islam.

1- Christianity is older than Islam, but the oldest book in the world is the Quran, given that the book of Christianity was lost and rewritten several times. So it's not in its true form. Quran however hasn't changed.
2- People do not attend mosque, they just go there to pray and preform relegious stuff, then when they leave they still have to go to school/ work. It's not related!
3-NOT TRUE.
4- True that many people misinterpret Islam and therefore spread false information.

4.Wikipedia is pretty accurate about the information it provides, maybe 90 -95% of it is true and unquestionable.

Other sites like faithfreedom.com and theprophetofdoom.net are anti-islamic sites that spread false propaganda about islam.

1.) This takes a lot of explanation, I will give you the short version. Islam means "Submission." Christianity and Judiams do not mean submission, Arbraham prayed as Muslim pray today! Muslims consider the Torah and Gospel as the Word of God and the Quran as the Final Testment.
Islam was named by God, while believers in the previous prophets and messenger named themselves.



2. He is a very ignorant Muslim, I'm almost sure, even if he lies and says he does, he never has read the Quran in his entire life! The Quran advised Muslims to leave their work and play to attend prayer and dress in the best attire.


3. WHOA! he is way off. In Islam, the race of a person is so irrelevant that the Quran doesn't even mention it. Moreover, The Quran expresses the Greatness of God by advising believers to see how he has made plants and animals of varying colors. The Quran even says in scientific language that Adam was dark skinned, by stating "He created Human-Beings for a Black Mud".

4. Yes, people lie about Islam, People lie about everything.
But from a practicing Muslim, this guy wouldn't know a verse from the Quran if he teacher read it. He is very ignorant, i meet those type of "MUslims," and they irritate me. Like someone taking a diamond and putting filfith all over it. In the Quran, God says ignorant people who voice their ignorance with pride and without shame are the worst creatures.

He is an angry hypocrit who uses the title of Muslim to hide his disbelief in God. In the Quran people like him are called Munafiq-someone who outwardly professes Islam on the tongue, but inwarldly rejects Allah and his messengers. The Quran talks about those type Muslims several times and tells sincere believers to beware of them.

whats with that persecution complicated? i robotically step in often times because there aren't any voices in help of islam in that particular area of the information superhighway, that suggested, islam has many violent adherants and to absolve accountability of the 1000's of people inspired with assistance from islam to take up violence is fairly weak. if the actuality suffered, cancerous little ones could be conscious of each thing. 911 isnt the in person-friendly words attack thats been perpetuated those days.
