how can you tell if a guy only wants to kiss and flirt with you and doesnt want a relationship?

He does things quick. He wont wait he start getting over you and taking things faster than he knows you want them to go. Not only on kissing, but when you want to go out, he might be busy, that could mean many things. He's with another girl or he just doesn't want to. Also, you'll ask him if he loves you, he might not answer.

well one is when he is not too enthousiastic with you i mean dont answer u immidiatly on sms or at emails etc. second if he only remembers you when u are at partys clubs and places like that! thirdly u can ask him at an appropriate time what he thinks about relationships i mean i had the same doubt once for a girl and we were talkin about some common friends of ours that had a long relationship, then i took the chance to ask her what she thinks abot rel. and she answered me that she doesnt like them at all. do the same if there is a good chance.. good luck

He only makes plans to be physical with you, he doesn't call just to talk, and he's not taking you on a date. If a guy is getting the popscicles for free no need to buy the ice cream truck.
