I'm a christian and yes I have sinned against god. I'm 18 and had sex with the guy I was dating. I have asked God for forgiveness and now I really want to wait till marriage to have sex again cause I know it will be better

I have been smart by using contraception but I want to stay true to god. The guy I had sex with is 20 months younger than me

The guy I had sex with wasn't a believer to start with but now believes and it's not easy on us both as our families don't believe

Hello, Tracey:
You have made a very proper decision, and God will bless your efforts at celibacy--maintain your chastity through His strength. "Shun all evil"--God would expect you to not place yourself in harms way. In other words, avoid situations where you will be alone with a tempter--seek a chaperone--and pick who you associate with very carefully.; remember, the Bible tells you not to be unequally yoked.
Another thing about your decision, Tracy, statistics show that marriages who do not "try on the shoe" first have a greater success rate. The respect you form while corting will reinforce your commitment later and each spouse will trust each other because of that forebarance.
Heaven is for real, and so is the plan of salvation. You can read an on-line publication that will give you stronger faith and prepare you for future deceptions free at: www.revelado.org/revealed.htm
P.S.: It is better to remain single than marry an unbeliever--I know from experience.
Blessings and AGAPE love, One-Way

You know it will be better? That doesn't say much for your boyfriend.
No seriously. Here's an option.
Wear a chastity belt and give the key to a parent to keep to give to your groom on your wedding day. It worked during the Dark Ages. Perhaps you can set a new fashion.

Don't allow yourself to be completely alone with the opposite sex
(unless he is your family or if your in public)
because it has been proven that if you are alone with the opposite sex and over the age of 13 that 96% of the time it has lead to sex.
So just don't do it.
As simple as that. And stay conservative.

Look at the purelove club site for Jason Evert. He remained chaste till his wedding night. His girlfriend had had sex but returned to being chaste.

When you go out on a date, wear a Tampon.
If all else fails, if you and guy started getting frisky, I promise as soon as he sees the string dangling from between your legs he will want nothing sexual to do with you for the night.

You can get married. Don't look for a perfect man, give people a break, just look for a good man with the same values and you will be all good.

Why would you want to avoid it? You only get one chance at life, you know, and then it's lights out. Be as safe and careful as reasonably possible, but make the most of it.

You have to view guys in terms of potential husbands instead of pieces of meat. Because that is exactly how many of them view you- just a big slab of sexual fun!
Focus on finding the type of man that seeks to please God, then he will please you in many ways when you are married! Dont curse your life by doing it again, trust me!
