what do u think? Heres some info for u to consider.

Moses' law was the temporary, ceremonial law of the Old Testament. It regulated the priesthood, sacrifices, rituals, meat and drink offerings, etc., all of which foreshadowed the cross. This law was added "till the seed should come," and that seed was Christ (Galatians 3:16, 19). The ritual and ceremony of Moses' law pointed forward to Christ's sacrifice. When He died, this law came to an end, but the Ten Commandments (God's law) "stand fast for ever and ever." Psalms 111:8. That there are two laws is made crystal clear in Daniel 9:10, 11.

God's law has existed at least as long as sin has existed. The Bible says, "Where no law is, there is no transgression [or sin]." Romans 4:15. So God's Ten Commandment law existed from the beginning. Men broke that law (sinned--1 John 3:4). Because of sin (or breaking God's law), Moses' law was given (or "added"--Galatians 3:16, 19) till Christ should come and die.

I think that question is up to each individual to answer. Most can't think for themselves, so I would imagine that most will say, YES.

Great question Eric and I fully agree with your interpretation. There are more scriptures that even state of two different covenants.

Here is some more bible proof:

TWO COVENANTS made one was the NEW COVENANT - TEN COMMANDMENTS given to God's people at Mt. Sina/Horeb. the other covenant was the Mosaic covenant (THE LAW OF COMMANDMENTS contained in ordinances) made with the people of Israel!

Deuteronomy 29
1These are the words of the covenant, which the LORD commanded Moses to make with the children of Israel in the land of Moab, beside the covenant which he made with them in Horeb.

DEUT 31
24And it came to pass, when Moses had made an end of writing the words of this law in a book, until they were finished, 25That Moses commanded the Levites, which bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD, saying, 26Take this book of the law, and put it in the side of the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God, that it may be there for a witness against thee.

TWO COVENANTS the BOOK OF THE LAW OF MOSES -IS IN THE SIDE of the ark of the covenant ! THE TEN COMMANDMENTS IS IN THE ARK OF THE COVENANT.

It's why it's called the ARK OF THE COVENANT!

There is no confusion - GOD'S TEN COMMANDMENTS ARE ETERNAL!

As JESUS has revealed:

REV 11V
19And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.

We see the WORK OF JESUS in the HOLY OF HOLIES in the heavenly sanctuary and the ministration of writing of the TEN COMMANDMENTS - new covenant upon the hearts and minds of the believer.

Hebrews 8v
8For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:

THE OLD COVENANT IS MENTIONED HERE:
9Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.

Which covenant was it that the Lord made in the day he led them out of Egypt – the Passover covenant. See Exodus 12. An unblemished lamb was sacrificied and the blood was smeared on the door posts. The prophetic significance of this shed blood was pointing the shed blood of Christ covering the confessed sins of the believers.

10For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

The Ten commandments were given new to the people of Israel 3 months later.

The new also refers to the writing of the TEN COMMANDMENTS on the fleshly tables of the heart and mind.

2nd Cor 3v3
Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.

Hope that helps! May the HOLY SPIRIT guide you into all truth!

If you really think about it, God gave the Law to Moses to give to the people, so in actuallity, Moses' law IS God's law. People just didn't know about God's law til Moses gave it to them.
