Ok I have the same problem...some people just sweat more than others. I don't drink caffine, but do drink lots of water and eat really well and I still sweat lots...this is what has worked for me...at least has worked the best without going to the doctor.
I use Certain Dri at night (someone else mentioned this). It fights excessive perspiration (words on the bottle). But go by what the directions because if your skin get irrated easy you might have to not use it or only use it every other day like me...
However, during the day you still need a deodorant and anti-perspirint...I use secret platinum (solid) (the smell doesn't really matter, you can go with one of the fruity or girly ones or the no smell ones). I use this because it has a 19% aluminum... which is the antiperspirant.

I play basketball and generally work out twice a day. I too, am a sweaty girl... hehe.
I've found that certain "girly" deoderants, like Dove, just dont work for me. I use Degree (Powder scent) and I think its great. Sometimes your body will get acclimated to the deoderant and you need to change. My other fav is Secret Platitinum... it goes on pretty clear but you need to still be cautious that it doesnt leave deoderant marks on your clothes.
Good Luck! And remember you arent the only one!

Ask your doctor for a prescription called Drysol. It's sold OTC in Canada - it works! The other thing that works, but it's really expensive and probably hurts like heck, but Botox will completely stop you from sweating for up to 3 months.

Have you tried Sure Stick? Its pretty good. Do you layer your clothes? If so, try just wearing one shirt. Also, there is a new deoderant called RX Strength, i forget what brand it is. I think everyone sweats, maybe you are just Noticing it more because you are thinking about it?

Deodorant stops you from smelling it does not stop you from sweating. You need a good anti -perspirant. One that contains aluminum zirconium tetrachlorohydrexgly. Most anti-perspirants also contain a deodorant.
If you sweat that profusely, you may need to see a doctor as it could be blood sugar related or blood pressure. It could also be to much caffine intake. Watch your diet. Drink lots of water to avoid dehydration.

Mitchum hydrosolid - I have the same problem and it is wonderful stuff! I didn't find that the gel variety worked as well, but you could give it a try if the solid variety isn't available.
