I would suggest taking him to the nearest vet or emegency animal clinic. Dogs should not have alcohol, and depending on the dog's size he could have alcohol posioning.

Call the vet for the dog - and keep the dog and your mother apart from now on - consider pressing charges against your mother.
What if she gave vodka to your child?

I have a question. Why did your mom gave vodka to your dog? Anyway... It is probably because your dong is not really used to vodka. You should call your pet's vet, and tell him (her) how your dog acts, listen to what your vet is going to say, maybe it's not a really big deal, maybe it is because your dog is drunk. And if your vet says that it is something serious, then take your dog to him (her).

Alcohol is very toxic, to a dog, and can kill them. Why in the world, did your mom, give your dog alcohol? That is very irresponsible of her. Your dog probably has Alcohol Poisoning! If you want your dog to survive, then take it to the vet immediately. I sure hope he makes it!

Take him to the vet ASAP - aocohol is toxic to dogs, and that was really irresponsible of your mother, she should not be allowed near your pet again, she should definitely foot the vet's bill though.
