I think it is a good thing if the guy is nervous! He's testing the boundaries, which is a good thing. He isn't taking you for granted, he's asking permission to see how far YOU want to go with things before he goes full steam ahead! Be grateful he's asking!

This is a guy that has no respect for you. If you love yourself and honor your body and if you are a woman of integrity, you should definitely have a strong talk with this guy about his disrespect towards you - Your body is to be honored and respected.
