Organized religion tries to shove the universe into a wee tidy box that they may claim to know it all and rationalize everything to their way of thinking. If the truth does not fit, then it must not be truth.
There is an inbuilt circular reasoning that excludes genuine logic We have a book that tells us that it is genuine and that it is the word of God - how do we know it is genuine and the word of God? because the same book itself tells us that it is...total self endorsement with no other genuine accounts to reason or confirm the matter.
In all the universe, there is no evidence of anything being absolute, therefore how can there be an all-inclusive, absolute way for everyone?
The one-size-fits-all mentality of religions who demand that everyone think and feel alike, in spite of our own individual needs, they deny their own humanity and try to call it holiness. They try to get everyone else to deny theirs using shame and fear. It denies individualism and teaches a fear of soul-searching honesty. Where is the love in that??? Where is truth??
What we perceive is not reality, but reality exposed to our method of questioning.
Some people use their logic to formulate conclusions, and some people use conclusions to formulate their logic.

You're only looking at religion.
What about politics?
People blindly led into war by adicts of wealth, controlled by mindless corporations who couldn't give less of a damn about them. Thinking and commonsense? Open your eyes to more than just attacking organized religion.

Religion is more tied to an individuals emotions, and emotions always taint "truth".
The tunnel vision and sheep-like obedience is actually encouraged by many of the "stronger faithed" churches. The confusion that the Bible creates only furthers that along, as they must go to their "pastor" to get confusing questions answered.

Thinking and commonsense for 'christians' are not sins presently. Be aware, that not all people that claim to be christians are Christ-like presently either.

Some are, some arent. Having vision and leadership are qualities only present in people that are born with it.
Believers dont reject logic or common sense. That is a lie perpetuated by atheists in order to discredit us.
Our vision is given to us by Christ Jesus himself. He said he was the only one that could truly make us see. It is unbelievers that are blind altogether while believers can see the whole picture of what this life is all about.

Yes, I do think I was born this way. Very obedient to the word of God. My parents were Christian and they instilled it in all of us kids. But we contain wisdom. And in a sense a visionary abiltiy. We also contain compassion to all of the less fortunate. The little Children in Iraq, are so suffering and my heart breaks for them. We also pray for the sufferings of others. I try never to stuff my beliefs on other faiths. I strongly Respect other Religions. I am not considered to be lacking in common sense, and I am not illiterate. So I give Thanks Unto the Lord for all He has handed down to me. I also miss my parents and remember all the good things, they taught me. Peace and may God bless you, Always.

What an amusing question indeed. No, you don't have to be religious, or a believer, but...explain the logic behind the insults. What results do you think your words will garnish?
Keep in mind that I do not care whether you're atheist or not. But, let's the 'logical' answer.
