Quantum theory has spawned this type of question, and the correct answer is that after the man speaks, he is in a superposition state of being both right and wrong, and will remain in such a such until a woman contradicts him, thus forcing what is known as a state function reduction. At that point he is either right or wrong, regardless of what the woman has said.

Depends who he is talking to. If he is talking to himself, most likely, but if he is talking to his dog he might be alright, 'specially if he brings the "BALL!"
