Could I possibly have the stomach flu:

symptoms:
-headache in eyes and back of head
-chills
-cramping in my stomach


im not vomitting yet, do you always vomit with the stomach flu?

Vomiting is the predominant symptom of the "stomach flu" better known as norovirus. Other symptoms include diarrhea, nausea, all the things you just listed, plus a notable LACK of fever (if there is fever, it will not exceed 101 degrees Fahrenheit.

Do you always vomit when you have norovirus? No, but at least half of people with it do vomit. This varies with age - babies and elderly people have the most severe symptoms.

If you suspect the sickness is coming on, definitely go easy on your food: BRAT diet all the way! Drink some Gatorade and water.

Get rest, and if you can set the bathroom aside for yourself so you avoid getting other people sick. and ALWAYS wash your hands with hot soapy water. Do it often.
