Well, puppies do sleep a lot more then grown up dogs, same with human babies. If she is active and hyper while she is up I wouldn't worry.
If she is always groggy though I suggest a vet trip as it could be any number of different medical conditions.

Take her to your vet ASAP. Several reasons for this:
1)Anemia caused by GI parasites can cause lethargy (sleepiness)
2)Heart disease:boxers get an inherited heart disease that can make them pass out frequently, and if her heart isnt working right she can be lethargic due to lack of O2 in her blood.
She could also have a heart defect, which would do the same thing
3)respiratory/GI infections-i hope you had her vaccinated.
4) Depending on how old she is, she may be completely normal. Growing animals sleep alot
your vet will know what is best.

If she is a young puppy, that's normal. When she gets a bit older, you may be wishing that she would go to sleep!

That's normal. Puppies spend most of their time sleeping.

If she is young she is fine. Have you had a vet check up? Puppies are like babies, they sleep a lot!!!
