And i meen specifficly when you sleep becuase that is when the muscles get bigger, not throughout the day!

this is a great question!

unless you eat properly for muscle growth there will be no amino acids available for use so the muscles will grow very little if any. this is exactly why bodybuilders and fitness competitors eat every 3-4 hours and right before going to bed. and this is exactly why bodybuilders and fitness competitors have much higher amounts of lean muscle mass and far less body fat than people who claim that "not eating after 6 is the best for fat loss". if you do not provide the body with the proper nutrients it can not do it's job. when you stop eating early in the evening all you have done is extended the nightly catabolic state. the longer the body is in a catabolic state the longer it takes to get back into a anabolic state where fat loss and/or muscle growth can occur. the body is either in one state or the other.

losing body fat and increasing the definition and/or building big muscles is ALL about manipulating the endocrine system through the diet and exercise. the sooner people stop fighting what is proven science the quicker they will see results, that last...
