I am guessing a ratio of 1:200 Stevia/sugar.

1gram Stevia is 200 Gram Sugar, 200 grams is roughly 1/2 a cup sugar.
I can suggest 2 grams of Stevia substitute a Cup suggar measurment.

Remember, Stevia has a low desolving factor, so it is frustrating sweetning a drink.

I use Splenda but am not a baker why don't you do a trial run
with a small cake or muffins, then take it from there but I'm sure on the Large Bags it should say the differential?
If not there maybe an 800 # on the back. If all else fails & don't have a Large bag go into the grocery store & read from
there! Sorry I don't have more info for you
Good Luck Anyway,
Summer
