what most likely happened is that you may have somehow made a metal ring type thing which is put on your very back tooth which hold the wire may have came out or the wire has just off of the ring thingy..and u should probly try and either call them..or go in...most likely nothing major has happened...but for now (if there is pain you can roll wax in a ball then put it over the exposed wire...

Look at it this way, if you wait until April 4 to get it fixed, it may be that many more days that you have to wear your braces when you should have had them taken off. Go back in, or give them a call! They shouldn't charge much if anything to just re--place the wire...

The same thing happened to my sister. You don't have to go to the ortho this minute but you should try to go in the next 2 weeks or so.

Call your orthodontist. Something similar happened to me. We called in and they said I could wait. Your problem might be a little different than mine so maybe just call in to make sure. Hope everything works out.

Get some tweezers and see if u can fix it.
It may irritate your gum, if so put a teabag near it.
