Others have already posted a good answer - remove sponsorship - that is if you are indeed the one that sponsored him.

If he has lied on any of his paperwork - If he gave any false information - if he misrepresented anything at all to the authorities - all can be reason to revoke permanent residency. But be aware - if you signed ANY of those papers along with him - you are just as guilty as he is.

Divorce him and get on with your life hun.

Have conditions been removed? If not, he can file without you, but in order to do so he has to show that you had a bonafide marriage and that the intent upon marrying was not for immigration benefit alone.

Roger and MsV....One cannot just remove their sponsorship. An I-864 is a legal document that is binding.
There are only 4 ways of this obligation ending.
1. Naturalisation
2. Leaving the USA permanently
3. Accruing 40 quarters of SSA benefits
4. Death of the alien
