Absolutely. And those that say they support the troops but not the war, guess what they don't support the troops. Must be speaking that good, ole Clintonese.

I do support the troops with money to their memorials, USO, Hospitalized Vets, Wounded Warriors, etc. BUT
I still think the war was wrong and I feel so so sorry for the parents of the 3100+ brave, men and women who died over there, not to mentioned the countless innocent Iraqi men, women, and children who died also.
I really think we are in more danger now than ever before, but at least we woke up to that fact and are trying to do something here in the U.S. with Homeland Security after 9/11.
Just should not have been in Iraq. Now Afghanistan is another story and I fully support our being there.

Btw, for those who like to harp that WWII was "over" in less time than this, you do realize, don't you, that the only reason Europe has been at peace these last 60 years is that the USA has maintained military bases all over Europe, include several in Germany?

This kind of question is ridiculous. There isn't a single U.S. citizen who wants any harm to come to our troops.
As a miliatry veteran, I can tell you that the troops know that.
To even imply otherwise is an attempt to incite.

i knoww, i cant believe it! can you believe that world war II was 4 years long and this war has been 4 years and were still in it... but i do have to say that i do not support the war but

The best way to support the troups is to bring them home to their families. Getting them killed in a senseless war is not supporting them.
