Vitamin E does not work, so it doesn't matter what kind you get, it will all be equally ineffective. If you want to treat scars, you can use Mederma. But it's expensive. It's the best product for scars, but there are others. You can use Curad Scar Therapy, or for a slower treatment that might be good for your acne as well, try a glycolic acid treatment. Something with at least 10% glycolic acid is what you should look for. You can also find moisturizers with glycolic acid to help. It will speed skin turnover and stimulate collagen.
Other than that, you can check with your dermatologist.

Good luck!

Hey Peter...I don't know about Vitamin E but you should definitely give ProActiv a try. It use to be thirty dollars and now it's twenty. This product really works. I have combination skin: dry in some spots and oily in the others. So, it was hard for me to find good quality skin care that didn't leave my skin irritated. This may be a little pricey to some but if you go to a dermatologist you will pay WAY MORE. So, ask yourself, is your face worth $20. If the answer is yes, then you need to get on board and try ProActiv. They will refund your money if your unsatisfied but I'm positive you will fall in love with it.

Not too long ago, I hired a contractor(on L.I.,N.Y.) to install large tiles in my foyer and baths. I selected the tile, called the contractor and he picked the tile up, told me he got a 25% discount on the tile, and gave me 1/2 off (12.5%) on the tiles, plus I had to pay for the labor, which I got a senior discount of 10%. The tile store would have given me a 5% discount on the tile, so altogether, I wound up getting a 22.5% discount. Not bad, I'd say.To answer your question about the type of license determining how much discount a contractor would get. Not so. The larger the quantity of tile orders a contractor will give to a tile establishment will afford a higher discount, I'm told.
