I found out about this about 3 years ago and started boycotting the company. Iams does horrible animal testing, and mistreat the animals they keep at the lab. Every time I look at an iams commercial or product I get this nasty taste in my mouth.

This is a PETA scare tactic because people will go for it. All dog food companies test thier products on dogs (they have to or the nutritional, flavor and health characteristics would not be known). These tests are called TASTE tests.
Keep this in mind: PETA supports animal rights groups (ALF) that terrorize veterinarians and vet students locally and at nationwide conferences (where they go to extend our knowledge on how to help animals and treat their diseases) simply because they believe animals should not be kept as pets. its not about the dog food, its about not being able to have companion animals, they are just using the dog food as a pedestal.

This is another PETA scare tactic. If people think that PETA is wonderful try telling that to some one who has lost a valuable show dog because a PETA member opened the crate door at a show and let the dog go loose to be hit by a car

I don't know this for sure but I heard this is one of the videos that PETA staged from front to end. I believe this - it looks staged to me- too many things are simply not right.
