how much creatine is in NO xplode?

i am taking creatine monohydrate and was wondering if there is already enough creatine in the Xplode where i wouldnt have to take both.

Actually, yes No Xplode has a blend of CEM3 (creatine ethyl ester malate) in it. They don't say exactly how much, but I have heard around a gram due to the amount of caffeine in NO Xplode. I would recommend supplementing with Creatine in addition to No Xplode.

no explode is nitric oxide no creatine.
