Do pulsing squats with jumps, star jumps and lounges for the legs and bum - hold your abs in while doing this and it will help the love handles too.
Another good one for the love handles is doing "cykling" crunches as well as lying on your side and lifting your mid section up so that your body i straight off the floor holding the weight on your forearm and feet. Bascally like the board but sideways.
Combine it with lots of cardio like running and you will have slimmer more toned legs and all over body.

for the big thighs you could exercise to no avail,had them all my life as for love handles diet is the only real help there then exercise to help shape up.you could try the gym they give you the best exercise to shape up certain parts good luck with the new you

considering my thighs are like huge what i do is i lie on my side and i lift my leg then i switch to the other side and do it on the other leg. if my legs were slimmer i would lose 10 pounds. you could get on you hands and knees and then lift your legs in the back up and down. i do it all the time. it really gets your muscles moving.
ps. if you get the chance to look in seventeen magizine they always have workouts mostly on the summer magizines. they really work. try looking through last summers mags. i have a million of them.

When we lose weight, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve.

For what its worth - I lost over 30 pounds (from 210 to under 180) - and I have good news and I have bad news...
the good news is that my love handles are gone....
the bad news is that my love handles were the LAST THING to go...

if you live in the suburbs or in the city where there is a park or bike trails and if you own a bike,take the bike and ride around for a few hours ,pedlling a bike is not only good for loosing your love handles,but its also good for the cardiovascular system. rubberstampr

If you go to the gym, jump on the stair climber and the exercise bike. If you don't go to the gym do leg lifts on the floor, and regular cardio exercise, like jogging and aerobics makes you loose fat all over your body!

Depends if yo are overweight or not.
Exercise will help tone muscles but if covered with excess weight yo won't see much difference.
Would suggest more CV workout in initial stages combined with muscle toning.
