search for a God spiritually, not worldly.(pray) I seeked after him, just called on God, he denounced all the Gods I seeked for. Alla, Buddha, and Jesus. Said my name is not Jesus, u do not no my name. BUT I've had dreams of walking on water with Jesus. I go to church I found a spirit touching me. Makes me cry nicely. God always makes me feel like its the Father that I seek. I'm still seeking answers. but the way lies by seeking after God. NOT A BOOK, or people. Don't listen to preachers, or people. or any religion. Kneel down and pray. God do U exist, what is your name. He will answer u in his time.

This is how I came to the realization that God does not exists. Is there any difference in modern day God and say Zeus? If you read Greek mythology you will come to realize that they had gods to explain natural events that occurred at the time. Now fast forward to of the birth of the belief of the modern God. The people of the time had very little scientific knowledge. People started asking what is the meaning of life. Why do I exists? In man's arrogance to have an answer for everything they created another God. What is the difference between the Greek Gods, the Incian Gods, and the modern God? In a few more thousand years when there is a need yet another new God will form.

Well if you have read the whole Bible you have done more than many Christians.
But, to prove that God exists in a hard substantial way is difficult. As you read Abraham believed God and God credited it to him as righteousness. So it is with us today. We read we feel a stirring in our hearts and minds and the truth enters us and we believe.
Now, if you can draw some assurance in the validity in the Word as it has certain details that were thought myth or inaccurate "back in the day" and yet now some are coming to light as spot on. So, if such an ancient document could have this knowledge what more does it contain.

First off if you look at the bible it isn't writen to amuse or create sensation. No colourful adjectives etc. It just states the facts. Even those that are not complimentory to the Jews (which in that time most stories were only about the glories of a people and not the faults). Second, if you cross reference the prophesies found in the Old Testament with archaeology, you'll come up with some amazing results.
Third the Bible is the only book that took at least 3000 years to write by 66 men and all in perfect harmony of one idea. No other book has caused such turmoil, it still remains the number one best seller of all time. None can question the power of that book. Not even Atheists. When for most of civilized humanity that book has existed and exerted it's power.

That is because there is so much misconstrued in that Bible it leaves much to question. The original bible which was written before king Constantine changed so many things was called the Gospel of the Nazirens also known as the Gospel of the Holy 12. If you want more info google gospelofthenazirenes.c Also if you want even more info on God what He looks like what He does what we do when we get to the spiritual abode go to harekrishnatemple.c Read Bhagavad Gita as it is translated into English by Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada (a pure saint of our time.) tells the purpose of human life and how to attain our true identity. There is much proof that God exists don't stop searching because when you are satisfied with your search you will be completely happy.

I have a feeling you have read a part of the Bible. Reading it in its entirety would have you much farther along in realizing God's existence. He reveals Himself in nature but His love is demonstrated fully at the Cross. Try reading again, slowly but steadily, the Book of John, where you will discover the true person of Jesus Christ. God does exist; it is His Spirit striving within you that even directs you here to ask this honest question. Nothing and no one else will ever completely fulfill you. Keep earnestly searching for Him and He will find a way to reveal Himself to you....through His word and through someone He will place in your path.....even an imperfect person like me, who knows Him and could give you a better, more loving, convincing answer in person. I am limited here by time and space; His love for you knows no limits. He's only a prayer away.

God exists because there has to be a reason for living. What are the chances humans, inteligent life forms, would just be randomly created? Did it all just happen by chance? And how can we just go back into the soil when we die? If we're just going to do that, why are we living? When I was 12, I realized I wasn't happy. I had money, friends, a boyfriend, talent and a lot of stuff people would want. I was still depressed. I wasn't a christian, I went to church and all, but I still wasn't christian. Now I found God, and I can't explain it, but I found what I was missing. Now I'm going to college to be a missionary. I barely own anything, but now I'm truly happy.

If the earth's average mean temperature were 10 degrees cooler or 10 degrees hotter, we would not be alive.
If the earth were 1 million miles closer to the sun, or 1 million miles further from the sun, we wouldn't be alive.
If there is no God...we should worship Coincidence.
I could go on and on...but you get the picture.
Currently there is a private switch of many scientists who are discovering God's inevitability, using modern research tools.
Lesser educated atheists will come around, but only after they stop mimicking each others foolish claims.
God gave His son. Think on this for a moment. Let it affect you eternally. It's the most profound reality in existence.

There is no reason to believe it is true. Nor do you have to believe that it is.
A lot of Christians will tell you that when you accept God and Jesus into your heart you'll be able to accept the bible as the true literal word of God.
The question I had to ask myself was if God really wanted the bible to be accepted as her true literal word. If the works by the hands of humans could even remotely reflect God's will and wishes.
I doubt it.
The other problem I have with accepting the bible is that a huge number of Christians think that 1. That's all we are to know about God and 2. That God stopped revealing anything after the bible was finished. I can't even begin to fathom either of these two positions.
If you can't accept the bible as true - then don't force yourself to. Something is stopping you from that.

I can,
A modern day miracle:
When I was at a youth camp, I heard a voice (sorta like a conscionce but more audible) that told me to go to the dock. Very hesitantly I went, because the voice would not go away. As I approached, there were three people who were worshiping. They asked me to join, I did, and they helped explain what happened and they showed me the deeper meaning of christ. Since that day I will never doubt God's exsistance.
Also look around you at the trees, the sky and animals. Also look at your self, with the abilitys that you have. Only God could have created this. Not an Ameoba that took a Billion years to form...

How can you look at the seasons, the trees, the animals and the cycles of life, the birth of a child, feel the soft carress of a cool breeze on a warm day, hear the birds chirping in the morning to greet a new day - and not know there is a God? This world is far too complex to be an accident, and the only logical conclusion is that of a Creator.
