The cult I was in when I was a kid had Passover, all those Jewish holidays in the Old Testament.
They're broken up now, but there are some splinter groups out there that probably still do it.
But yeah, Jews celebrate Passover. They kinda got it started back in Egypt, with the blood on the doorposts, Angel of Death, all that.

Jesus instituted an altogether new commemoration on the same night as the Passover, to memorialize his death. The Passover was celebrated on Nisan 14, beginning after sundown. This year Nisan 14 falls on April 2.
We observe the Memorial annually. To my knowledge, we are the only religion to do this.
However it isn't the same as the Jewish Passover, which was to remember the Israelites escape from slavery in Egypt, when the angel of Jehovah passed over those with the lamb's blood sprinkled on their doorposts.

The Jewish Passover is significantly different from what Jehovah's Witnesses celebrate. Jehovah's Witnesses believe that Jesus is the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world and celebrate his offering himself up for that purpose. The Jews continue to commemorate the night they were saved by means of lambs blood splashed on the doorposts as the angel of death slaughtered the firstborn in every house without this mark.
On the night of Jesus' death he celebrated this passover for the last time with his faithful apostles. He then gave them a new commandment, to celebrate this in his memory since from thenceforth, salvation would only come through him.
Jehovah's Witnesses invite all who wish to commemorate Jesus' sacrificial death to join them on Nisan 14, which corresponds to April 2, after sundown. Local Witnesses can inform you of the time and place.

I know a lot of Christian churches that have a Passover meal in the spring. Mine is doing one Wednesday I think.
Also the Jews. It was after all their holiday that the Lord commanded them to celebrate.

We don't celebrate the Passover, that is a Jewish celebration. We celebrate the Memorial of Christ's death, every year on Nisan 14, at sundown. This year it is April 2. I don't know of any other religion that celebrates this once a year.
The Memorial was instituted by Jesus himself on the night of his death...
Luke 22: 14-20: "At length when the hour came, he reclined at the table, and the apostles with him. 15 And he said to them: “I have greatly desired to eat this passover with YOU before I suffer; 16 for I tell YOU, I will not eat it again until it becomes fulfilled in the kingdom of God.” 17 And, accepting a cup, he gave thanks and said: “Take this and pass it from one to the other among yourselves; 18 for I tell YOU, From now on I will not drink again from the product of the vine until the kingdom of God arrives.”
19 Also, he took a loaf, gave thanks, broke it, and gave it to them, saying: “This means my body which is to be given in YOUR behalf. Keep doing this in remembrance of me.” 20 Also, the cup in the same way after they had the evening meal, he saying: “This cup means the new covenant by virtue of my blood, which is to be poured out in YOUR behalf."

There are many Christian churches/groups thyat obey Jesus by observing the Passover (just as the Apostles did)- Many of the Church Of God splinter groups (i.e. Church of God, The Eternal; Christian Biblical Church of God; Philadelphia CoG, etc.), also many of the "Sacred Name" groups and Messianic fellowships...and many independent individuals like myself, who are Torah-observant Christians.
1 Corinthians 5:7-8 "For even Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us, therefore let us keep the feast." -Apostle Paul

What do you do on the passover? We believe in the passover but don't have any traditions. Do you put blood on your door or something?

Judaism--Passover has its roots in ancient Israelite religion.
There are other Christian sects that keep Kosher, like the Worldwide Church of God, so they may celebrate Passover, as well.
