How many soldiers have been removed from active duty due to injuries?

On Yahoo News I saw that 3,200 military personnel has died in the war. Does anyone know how many have been removed from active duty (hospitlaized, discharged, pending discharge...) due to their injuries?? Please source the information. Thanks!

Whatever the number...It's a lot less than any other war of the past.
