i heard itsomewhere but i think it's a lie. it was in some girl's essay about vitamins

that could very well be some of the worst nutritional information that I have ever heard of...I hope she got an F on her essay

She should have gotten an Big old E-or S-for stupid- that is crazy. I know one thing If and when I take them I have to be careful which kind I take because I will eat like a crazy women , when I take them-certain kinds. But I know for sure vitamins are good for you, but thatdoesn't mean we can stop eating. There's nothing better than healthy food, she must have had anorexia if she was promoting this. I 'd loved to know where she got her information. No way. I believe in eating healthly,and taking vitamins and calcium-especially we Women -we need at least 1200 mg of calcium a day.

You definitely need to still eat for the nutrition. It's the food that has these vitamins in a natural way. But don't stop eating - you need them both to stay healthy.

Your body needs many more nutrients than just vitamins. Minerals, enzymes, protiene, fats and other plant matter to make your internal life support systems work. If you didn't have fiber and water the whole intestinal system would not work properly. Advise the girls who wrote the article that her proposal is very dangerous.
