Ok look i had this exact same problem for a while. What you need to do is first realize that they aren't gonna blow you off if you enter the conversation with CONFIDENCE. Second rule: Just start a conversation with her. The last rule is just to remeber that your a good guy and that the girl isnt to good for you. (this might sound like rules on how to get a girl to notice you, but trust me it works with all women)

Be yourself. And the capital letter thing ...... not cool. Chill out on shift or Caps lock. If you be yourself you would most likely get a girl for you and not some one else . its hard trying to be some one else instead of who you were since day one.Relaxx.
