My boyfriend and I have been together for about two week (yeah not long at all lol). When we are together everything is great. He's a gentleman, he's very affectionate and we have a great time. However, he doesn't call me very often and sometimes I feel like I am the one who is usually scheduling all of our time together. He is very busy as he is a graduating senior (college), trying to figure out summer plans and plans for law school and working everyday. Anyway, spring break is next week and I want to see him before we go away. Should I call him on Wed and ask him if he wants to have dinner or not call to see what he will do even if that means not talking to him or seeing him for two weeks?

I wouldn't recommend calling him. You're his girlfriend. He should learn to make room in his schedule for you. Otherwise, he doesn't deserve you.

Initially I thought let him call you and if he doesn't that will let you know where you stand with him and then I thought if he is working and about to graduate and trying to get into law school, he is probably crazy busy Call him and try to have dinner with him. Don't go all lovey dovey on him but let him know that you like him and would like to continue dating but you are unsure if that is something he has time for in his life right now. I guess this all depends on where you are in your relationship. You said he was your boyfriend but does he call you his girlfriend? That really makes a difference. (college guys don't typically define hooking up as a relationship) Do you have mutual friends that might help you shed some light on this before you talk to him?

I would call when you know he is not going to pick up his pick up his phone and leave a message saying what you have to say..this way you know you called. You will be able to see the relationship is important to him before you both go away without seeming to nag or feel like you are the one always making the plans.

If he isnt calling, he is blowing you off. Been down that road, if he was interested no matter how busy he was he would call. Stop calling and see what happens, if he calls then he was geniune if not then he was not.

you should call and ask for him to come over for dinner and tell him to call you over spring break. if he doesn't call over spring break ask him why and if he gives a answer like" I forgot" he probably didn't care about you at all.
