what's your best way to reject a guy/ gal? n how?

If i dun know that person much, i will just ignore them all the time. If she's my friend, i will indicate to her, by saying... "Coz we r friend!"

If this is a serious question my answer would be to be honest.
Never ignore a guy/girl that is just wrong and not very mature of you. Talk to them and just say you are not interested in them any longer or bottom line you never were.

My BEST way to reject a guy is by saying a don't want a b/f right now.
But it never works!! i told this guy Derrick that. And he wrote me a note that said; well you didn't want a b/f 30 seconds ago, but how about now!!
the guys i know don't take no for an answer!! (my friends Justin and Erik were even screaming at him.. "no means no")
but thats the nicest way to do it.
catch u later homie!! love always... Britt

now since this is your friend you would need to make it as painless as possible. if you go ahead and jus say NO!!! that can leave a scar on your friendship. I would just suggest that you tell her that "look i think that we have a great friendship and i dont want to date you because it would put our friendship at a great risk. its not you but i feel that we are better on this level and nothing more. you're going to date great guys but i don't think that one of those guys are me for the time being" or something like that. be honest with her while still taking it soft on her feelings.

Quick like a band-aid works for me, but don't compromise the truth. Be honest as to why. It's okay to say that you aren't attracted to her anymore. Letting the person go is better than leading them on if you know that the relationship will not go anywhere. GOOD LUCK.

Yup, that's a good way, but usually I ignore that subject and just treat them as I normalyl would to avoid awkwardness. They get the message.

I don't pick up the phone or return messages. Or I'll just start acting like their friend and eventually they will get the clue.

at the starting up..... continuously imagine that... what ever takes position to u is continuously strong for u... so dont get dippressed.. ok.. if u r nonetheless reading, in simple terms concentration more advantageous on it... if u r operating then concentration on ur occupation and destiny achievements. if he had fairly loved u, he will come again with assistance from seeing ur self belief... if no longer u receives a more advantageous powerful loving individual... take care..

Bull! dont just say becuase we are friends...they will still think you have a chance. Just flat out tell her that you just dont want to, and shes just not your type...then it will be easier for her to move on.
