She's just excited and on fire with passion. It's normal for new Christians.Everything is so new and God is revealing new truths to her that she was unable to see before. Just give her time and as she matures in her faith she will learn to tone it down a little. For now just keep praying for her, thanking God that she has found her way to him. And don't worry -God knows that it's not you doing the bragging about saving her-He knows your heart and your humility.

Lol* Relax and let her go on a bit. Tune it out. :) She is likely just very excited about her new found religion, and I'm sure others around you recognize that she is temporarily fanatic. Hopefully, it will pass! :) If she doesn't get over the novelty, then at some point, someone will probably not put up with all the pushyness and she might not keep it up knowing that it turns many people sour to be preached to. :) Good luck! :)

Just say, " I know that you're grateful and I am so happy that you have changed your beliefs, but I just showed you the path that I have taken, you chose to walk it. You should maybe volunteer at the youth center to talk to other people about how you changed and how you have accepted Christ into your heart. "
Now if that doesn't work than I don't know what to tell you.

ah, so you've created a monster and now you want to tame it?
You can't. She's full of herself right now. Eventually, hope that she grows out of it. If so, she'll look back on these days and shake her head.
Ignore it as best you can, and correct her on the salvation point. Other than that, screaming into a pillow is good therapy ;)

Take her aside and tell her nicely that when she gives you so much credit, she is not giving Jesus enough credit. She needs to give Jesus the glory.
Remember she is still new to the faith. She will calm down eventually.

I think you have everything you deserve. At least ONE Christian has a sense of how annoying it is to have to listen to some self-righteous idiot drunk on self-confidence in how right they are going on about how wrong everyone else is. You need to become an atheist quickly, it's your only hope.

Be patient. Apparently you changed her life even more than you realized. Tell her to save some of the praise for Christ.

Ha! This is hilarious. Irony's great, isn't it?
I'd go with the direct approach. "Listen, I'm glad you've come to know Jesus, but if you don't shut the hell up, you're going to be meeting him face to face very soon."

You could tell her the truth: that you were mistaken, and that now she is too. Then, get rid of your beliefs in superstitious nonsense, and actually start thinking for a change: it's fun, and productive, too.
