Go to www.thebca.org and get a list of reputable breeders in your area. It might be a while before you are able to get one especially if you want an all white one but you are better to wait and go with a reputable breeder then get one now from a bad breeder and risk even more health problems. Also be cautious with the all white ones because they have a greater tendency to be deaf than the other colors.
Another good site to find Bulldog breeders is www.bullynet.com

If you want to pay that much, You would want to get it from a reputable registered breeder, and they usually dont advertise because they have a waiting list. Why dont you ring around the breeders and see what you come up with.

Go to Petfinder.com and search by "English bulldog." You can find them much cheaper at a shelter or rescue and save a life!
