Drunk drivers are responsible for about 30 percent of all fatal crashes during weekdays, but this percentage rises significantly over the weekends, during which about 53 percent of fatal crashes are alcohol-related.

FYI - "Alcohol-related" means alcohol was a contributing factor. Other items can still play a role such as speeding, distractings, etc.

Such statistics is non-existent, at least for US. Mentioned alcohol related crashes include everybody involved. For example, if you (perfectly sober) have a crash with another perfectly sober driver and your passenger was drunk, this crash will be included in alcohol related crashes..
