i want my first tattoo to have my sons name in it but i have no idea where to find good tattoos at...if anyone knows what site to go to please let me know!

A good artist can create an awesome custom tattoo for you. I would do that over getting flash that you find in the studio. It will be more unique and a true representation of what you want. I would just go to your artist and let him/her know your ideas. Just make sure you do your homework re: tattoo artists so you can pick one that can do what you ultimately want. Best of luck...

You don't need to really find a tattoo... just come up with what you want it to look like (think of what font the name would be in, if you want anything else near or around it, etc) and go to a reputable tattoo parlor. Tattoo artists ARE artists, so if you find one with a style you enjoy, just tell them your idea and they'll draw it up for you.
If you don't like it, they will be happy to work with you to make it something you like, or you can say "I'm going to think about it for a while" and go ask another person to try.
Careful, though. If the tattoo artist draws something that you like and you take it to have THAT tattoo that they drew done by someone else, that's considered VERY rude.

Close your eyes, see the tattoo you want? Now find someone to draw it for you and walla, you have your tattoo.
The best tattoo's are those who come out of someones mind. Not one that is" fit name here" and it will be good for all.
I am sure you have a idea for your sons name tattoo...

I would do some tattoo shop browsing in your area. Stop by some places, look at the artists portfolios...maybe talk to a few and see if any are excited to draw something up for you. Good luck

well, first, close your eyes and visualize what you want. as detailed as possible, either sketch it or describe it on paper. then find a local tattooist with a good reputation and give them the sketch or description. have them draw it out. now for the very important part, think very very hard and long about where you want this tattoo to be. talk it over with the artist if you want to. make absolutely sure about every part of this decision, and then go ahead and get it done.
