To gain weight you have to eat more calories than you burn. When adding calories, try to stay away from adding too much fat. To gain muscle, in addition to eating more you have to stimulate your muscles enough through resistance training that while they recover, they'll get bigger and stronger. You stated that you wanted to gain 120 without gaining fat and muscle. First of all, by gaining weight, you gain fat and the only way you get muscle is by exercising, toning and going to the gym.
well to be honest, I think you should put on weight for the right reasons. It shouldnt matter what everyone esle thinks! remember tiny can be cute!

i had the same problem im extremely lean by nature, it seems you have a high metabolism you cant tell if
1. you constatnly graze yet dont gain a whole lot of fat
2. after big meals you radiate heat (my g/f loves this in the winter)
if you are just naturaly lean then it will be pretty darn hard for you to bulk up im not big but im pretty strong.
but if you want some good muscle that fits your body type try swimming its a great way to build up lean muscles.

eat lots of carbs then work out the areas you want more muscular. Your body will turn the carbs into energy to work out with, and you'll gain the muscle weight you want.

Here's a good tips
Exersice regularly ( play sports)
Do not skip your meals, eat 3 times per day
Eat more food that have calories and protein like eggs, potato and meat.
Drink more water always keep yourself dehydrate.
