It is less fattening, unless you get the flavored kind. It is a good source of calcium but often the calcium seperates from the soy so just make sure you shake the bottle really well before you pour it.

soy milk is the greatest thing since sliced bread.
it is usually fortified with calcium and vitamin D, as much as milk is.
just like how you can buy nonfat milk, you can buy nonfat soy milk. regular soy milk only has 3.5 g fat and 100 calories.
it also has 6 g protein, and soy has so many health benefits.
if you buy the unsweetened kind, it doesn't have many calories (but the sweetened, vanilla kind is delicious!).
i recommend westsoy plus.
just read the labels in the grocery store to compare.
cow's milk is not meant for humans. it is meant for calves. unless you are a calf, you should drink soy milk.
think about how gross it would be to drink breast milk- and that's from your own species!

yes and yes and also has alot more healthy benefits than reg milk!!
