If so, what has been your experiences with this bank. I am trying to find a bank that will approve someone with bad or not so bad credit.

That is a sub, subprime lender that will load your account with tons of fees.

If you have not so good credit you might try Orchard Bank or HSBC. They "may" also have a yearly fee, and if so, nothing like what Millennium will charge

Also, after a year you can request they waive the annual fee and they may either waive it or reduce it. Millennium will not even consider waiving or reducing a fee.

The NMB Platinum card is a secured credit card. This means your credit line will be 'secured' be a security deposit. Basically, whatever you deposit-- becomes your credit limit. But there are some pretty hefty fees.

I would also recommend the Orchard Bank Platinum card. You can find it here:

This offer is an 'unsecured' offer-- meaning, you won't pay a security deposit. Plus, Orchard Bank will offer you a 'secured' credit card if you don't qualify for the unsecured offer. This is great because you'll only have one inquiry on you credit report-- which could have a negative impact if you had to apply for multiple offers.

Hope this helps. GOOD LUCK!
