Fat is burned by expending more calories in heat then in intake. SO, if you work out all night it will. If you read these magazines you should realize that the person who invents the pill that burns calories will be richer then the Pope. They do not work. Not one has ever held up under scruntiny.

Read the details on how to use the supplement. I'm sure you can get it at any GNC or any place like that.
As for that "before bed" type of supplement, I said read the details because some supplements like that direct you to take before bed, but also say "do not eat 3 hours before taking supplement" or something like that. So the weight being lost is from the "not eating before bed" part, not exactly the supplement itself. Eating before going to bed will make your body save that weight rather than burn it, since you don't use much energy while sleeping.

Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week and you can easily do this without the help of any diet pills. These pills may get more than 2 pounds off per week but it is unhealthy and probably not long lasting. As soon as you stop the pill the weight will come back and you will gain more weight than you lost putting you in a worse position. Instead of trying to lose weight quickly try to do it over a period of time. It is healthier and more likely to stay off for good.

The surest way to burn fat while sleeping is to pour gasoline beneath your bed, then light it just before you turn the lights out.
Strange as this sounds, it works, every time.
PS - Supplements aren't good for your liver, kidneys or lymphatic system.

don't bother with fat burning supplements, just make sure you don't eat after 5:30, and work out right before hitting the hay. you will be fine, buddy.
