Which is better Cylaris or RapidSlim?

Question

I couldn't decide which was better. They seem to produce the same results but RapidSlim says its designed for women. I ended up buying Cylaris but can return it if these answers give me reason to believe that RapidSlim is better. What do you think? No preachy stuff about the side effects of diet pills, please.

I have been taking Cylaris for 3 days now and I have lost 6 lbs now I am not saying that this is the messiah but I have also changed a few other things such as I eat a 3/4 cup of shredded wheat (which is suppose to help you loose 10lbs in 12 weeks) I have also begun to eat a light lunch (never use to eat lunch) Ohh and took the pill before each meal and a PORTION sized dinner kind of like what we got in High School. I have not begun to exercise yet but I will next week. I can also say that I have tried other diet pills in the past and they have all made me feel jittery. I have not had this problem with Cylaris but I am taking the recommended dosage for the 1st 3 days which is 2 pills daily it says you can increase your amt to 4 pills a day after day 4 but I don't think i may need to at this rate. OHHH and make sure you drink plenty of water I have been drinking plenty of water as well as SOBE drinks. But so far I am very satisfied with the results. Good luck to you! To the best of my knowledge Rapid Slim is almost the same formula..

Come check out Proactol, I am sure you will find it has a lot more to offer without the negatives.
