but i'm gaining alot of weight what should i do please help.

sadly its one of the many side effects. start increasing your exercise and watching your caloric intake. if its unbearable, and its ok if it is, go to the doc and see if you can get a diff med.

You may talk to you dr about switch you to a different kind of med like lexapro I think it is one that isn't supposed to cause weight gain.

Talk to ur doc about it....i always gained weight on certain antdepressents....but its a side effect....so wait a while and try to cut down on ur consuption

Get your medication changed, there are meds out there that won't cause weight gain.

Eat less fat, drink more water, cut back on sugars, and exercise more.
The same thing happened to me. I gained about 20lbs on it when I started.

get a no drug solution and go exercise.
