Yes, you need to get checked now. Stop the dangerous behavior now, as well. Explain to your doctor everything that you are worried about - be honest - they can't help you properly unless you are 100% honest. Then, more than likely, you'll have to get checked again in another few months...so you may have to completely abstain until then to know you're truly safe.

Uh... YES! See, there are a host of illnesses and buggies out there that laugh at penicillin, some of which take years before you see symptoms.

Thing is, the people you slept with are, well, people who'll sleep with someone casually without protection. It's unlikely (extremely unlikely) you were the first, and only, partner for each of these people. You're putting your health (even your life) in the hands of people who have shown you they aren't very responsible.

Stuff is going to start shrivelling up and dropping off you if you keep this up, so you might want to give a serious think to being a little more selective and a bit more careful. It's not a lot of fun to go through the medical treatment for some of these common buggies (and others are fatal), plus the point where the health officials have to notify everyone you've slept with that they might have been exposed to something through you gives you a reputation that is hard to live down.

Of course you should. I think that everyone should get a regular exam plus a full work up for any and every STD possible even if they are using protection. You can catch anything these days no matter how safe you think you are being.

I would. Nothing to be embarassed about. You could be carrying the HP virus which causes genital warts and also causes cervical cancer in women. Or you could have chlamydia, which shows no symptoms for ages. Go for a sexual MOT and be a bit more careful in future.
