Are you certain she is not vision-impaired? Better take her to the vet fo tests: eyes, central nervous system - even ears! Bad ear infections can cause cats to have bad balance and vision problems.
Hope your kitty gets better ... poor putty tat :(

Have you had her eyes tested ,my cat does this and is classed as blind. It could be a hormone inbalance, or diabetes. Many older female cats grieve for the loss of their own femininity when they are spayed. There is a reason for her disorientation it could be psychological.

It sounds like she may be having seizures or is having a neurological episode. She may have an issue with her ears causing imbalance or a brain problem. Best advice I can give is to take her to a vet for a full check up.

if you notice her swaying or tripping over herself/staggering (abit like humans do when they are drunk) aswell as the walking into walls, it might be an inner ear infection as it will affect her balance. Definately one for the vet :)

It could be an ear infection or something more serious like neurological damage. Get this checked ASAP this could be serious, its not normal.

Have you checked her ears? Ear mites can cause some critters to act weird.
