If he is soo nice why don't you want to like him? I am assuming there is another factor you are not telling us about.
If you don't want to like someone the best way I have found is to avoid them if possible and concentrate on the reasons why I should not or can not let this feeling get out of hand.

Sometimes the best thing to do in these kind of situations is to avoid him as much as possible.
