I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Eat less, burn more!

You dont need to buy anything to lose weight. Eat healthy, well balanced meals without over stuffing yourself and without avoiding/skipping meals (especially breakfast). Drink plenty of water, this will help suppress hunger which will help cut those un-needed calories.

Exercise! The key to weight loss is exercise. Go for a walk, run, swim, bike ride, shoot baskets, dance, yoga, pilates, anything you enjoy that gets your body moving.

Do just that... buy nothing... eat only what you find... you will lose weight...

but seriously... lowering calories is the only way to lose weight... less food and more exercise... no need to spend money on anything but healthier food... trust me... lost 120 pounds that way... no books, pills, gyms... just less food and walking a mile or three every day... good luck! Ed, RN

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
