My friend and I need to do a project that revolves around any Social Justice issue we choose and we both love animals and the environment so we thought that it would be wise to volunteer at the SPCA to start. We live in the Bay Area in San Francisco, California and know of at least 2 SPCA places near us. How do we get invovled however, or can anyone provide us with alternate ideas that focus on environmentalist issues in the bay area or animal rights activism.

Well: you'd can join an " Environmental Protection Program
that would have the Group of Volunteers like Adopt A Pet
Foundation & those are very important things yes we'd need
today also because all efforts helps out our own 1Community
being builded plus Greatly Sponsored too"

I worked for a SPCA in NY and we had many volunteers. We desperately needed people to just come in and hold the animals or pet them. We did all the feeding and medicating etc but just some loving attention did wonders for them. It's a great thing to do. Just call your local SPCA and ask if they could use you.
