I cheated on my bf. And i have never ever done anything like that before. When I told my friends what I did, they were like "You did?! Thats so unlike you. (If that says anything about me) I cried abt it forever. I even called him and told him about it. And promised him I would never ever do it again?
Is there anything I can do to make him take me back?

do something drastic he needs to trust him again u blew that when uy cheated i would take back my bf if he was sorry but u have to show how sorry u r go to him plead to him and tell him get on your knees kiss him and cry and cry and pour your feelings into your words.

Me....personally I wouldn't. When I break up with someone I never look back. All relationships are based on honesty and trust once that's gone there's nothing left. The thought of you cheating on him will always be in that back of his mind and the trust factor never truly comes back. The other thing is when you cheated you had no concerns for his feelings and while you were cheating did you think of him once did you stop in the middle of it and say I can't do this. Hopefully you learned an important lesson unfortunately it cost you a friend in the process.

First of all, congrats on having the courage to fess up about your mistake and actually have the decency to feel guilty.
You're going to need to PROVE to him that you won't ever let it happen again. I mean, since it's so unlike you, I'm sure he never expected you to do anything like that in the first place. This may make it hard for him to trust you....
Honestly, I think you should give him time. I'm not sure there's anything in particular you can do to get him to take you back. That's something that he's going to have to deal with and decide on. Think of the situation in reverse....What if he cheated on YOU? And it was completely out of the blue-- something you never ever in a million years expected him to do. Would you take him back??
I'm sure he cares about you....but it will take some time. I know that I would definitely be skeptical if the situation happened to me. I'm not saying these things to sound negative at all, but you're probably going to have to work to regain his trust.

Not really...walls between people go up brick by brick, but they are shattered in an instant. Unless there's something -and you know him better than I do- that will really make him trust you...then there's nothing more you can do.

I would forgive you but not take you back.Once you have that mental image of your significant other with someone else,it's all over.The trust factor has also been completely trashed.
