Jared did it, its called the Subway diet. of course it depends on what sub you order and what you put on it. and if you eat anything else during the day. if all you're eating is a sub, i suggest that you at least get a footlong, your body needs more than a few hundred calories a day

Why not? Technically your whole diet could be of nothing but donuts and chips with ice cream and you could still lose weight.
Key to losing weight is: eat less, burn more (meaning burn more calories then you eat).
Subway is actually the best fast food place to eat. Even eating at McDonalds or anywhere else is fine once in a while for weight loss - you just have to make sure you are exercising.

ok so i can see that no one knows the story of jared. He did lose a lot of weight eating subway BUT he also walked 2 miles there and back to get to the subway. Just so you all know.

Subway advertises that you can lose weight by doing this. As long as you dont eat anything else with it, you most likely will lose weight depending on how active you are throughout the day.

First you need to learn HOW to lose weight.
Losing weight isn't always about calories. You're not going to count calories or not eat ____ for the rest of your life, are you?
Learn moderation. Do you really need mayo on your sandwich or would mustard and vinegar be just as well?

i think ppl who are trying to lose weight should excersize more instead of trying to watch what they eat bc after they have lost the weight they go back to eating normally and then gaining all the weight back.
burn off those calories.

It depends what you are doing to loose weight, if you are cutting calories then you need to check the amount of calories that are in the sub.
If you are cutting fat then you need to check the grams of fat. So yeah it really depends.

Sure - just exercise more than the calorie intake you get from it. If you insist on eating it, you just have to make it up in exercise (which might be a lot).
