You can go to the various Bit Torrent sites . Many of them carry the program along with keygen. Since you say it's legal to download there you shouldn't have any problems

try searching on google.com Picassa 2, it is an awesome editor that allows you to crop and adjust all the colors tones brightness shadow and a lot more, plus effects
its actually really good, thats what i would and do use.

i'm pretty sure you can download paintshop pro from download.com. its very similiar to photoshop
